吉州议会要求记者戴宋谷，陈清凉冀华裔看清回教党真面目

华文报男记者出席吉打州立法议会竟被要求戴宋谷，马华槟州妇女组主席陈清凉希望华裔同胞再次看清回教党的真面目！

她发表文告指出，礼仪员在吉州立法议会外，要求华文报男记者戴宋谷并不合理，因为记者只是进行采访工作，不应受到这种限制。

她指出，去年3月8日大选后，自回教党执政吉打州，就屡传多项极端政策，导致华裔反感，比如拆宰猪场风波、50％土著固打制、使用爪夷文广告牌等。

“现在，他们更要求中文报记者戴宋谷，这不是回教化吗？从吉打州政府履行的多项政策看来，他们不单企图回教化，更种族化一些政策。”

她希望华裔选民支持国阵的“一个马来西亚”概念，别让回教党进一步扩充他们的政治地盘，因为回教党是民联中最多党员的政党，这并非一件好事，担心有更多友族同胞被他们的极端主义所灌输。

因此，她呛声，去年大选前呼吁选民投票给回教党的行动党和公正党，尤其是这两个政党的华裔领袖，应向选民作出交代，不应再为了个人政治利益，而不惜典当种族利益。#

MCA Consumer Affairs Bureau: Not unusual for party leadership to revamp

MCA Central Committee Member Tan Cheng Liang pointed out today that it was not unusual for party leadership to revamp the various posts to the MCA Presidential Council in order to realize the ultimate objective of the party’s Greater Unity Plan.

“MCA Presidential Council is a policy making body of the party. Therefore, each and every member to the Council must agree, cooperate and help the party leadership to move forward with all its undertakings. Pursuant to Article 46 of MCA Constitution, the President has the absolute power to appoint not more than 10 members to the Presidential Council and also has the same power to terminate such appointment if and when he thinks fit.”

Cheng Liang who is also the MCA Consumer Affairs Bureau chief reiterated that the party leadership had undertaken the Greater Unity Plan by giving up all differences in opinion just to find a way out to resolve the prolonged party disputes. Thus all should unconditionally cooperate and consolidate the party so as not to make the party become fragmented and weak.

“But unfortunately, there are some leaders who are disagreeable to our Greater Unity Plan. As a result, speculations have been rife to say that we are not working in unison to realize such a solemn task of party unity. Thus, the reshuffling of our Presidential Council is nothing unusual to enable our mechanism to function more efficiently.”

人事调动是落实团结方案正常程序

马华中委陈清凉强调，党领导层为了落实团结方案，调整一些会长理事会成员的职位，是很正常也是必要的人事调动。

“马华会长理事会是党政策的行政执行机构，作为理事会成员必须认同、配合及协助领导层的方向，党才能向前迈进。根据党章第46条文，总会长有绝对权限可委任不超过10名委员，也可以在他认为适当时终止有关委任。”

她说，党的领导层为了解决旷日持久的党内纠纷问题，决定放下各自的歧见，通过“大团结方案”来团结、整合马华上下，让大家重新归队，为马华的前程携手打拼。这项大团结方案需要党各方面的参与和支持，才能成事，否则马华将继续四分五裂。

“遗憾的是，由于有部分领袖不认同团结方案，造成外界认为党领导层步伐不一致，并引起党基层的困扰，这将严重影响团结方案的落实。因此重组会长理事会成员，以顺利贯彻执行团结方案，是正常且有必要的。”

马华中委陈清凉欢迎廖仲莱协商方案，吁一切以党与民族利益为前提

马华槟州妇女组主席暨中委陈清凉欢迎廖仲莱提出的协商方案，希望一切以党与民族的利益为大前提。

她发表文告指出，廖仲莱提出将与马华总会长翁诗杰协商的建议，是非常好与正确的步伐，相信没人会反对党的大团结。

“廖仲莱曾说，我们马华没有本钱内耗，一定要团结赢取下届大选。因此，我对他提出的协商精神，无任欢迎，并希望他能尽快与总会长、署理总会长及其他副总会长一起协商，然后整合党，团结一致赢取人民的支持。”

她指出，基层都希望党能尽快整合，也不希望再看到党领袖一直吵闹下去，这样才能继续捍卫国家与民族利益，继续为人民贡献。

她说，当初的特大是为蔡细历而召开，但现在党的两名领导人都可放下私人恩怨，以党的团结与整合为重，相信必能实现这个目标。

“世上没有人是完美的。我们必须包容每个领袖的弱点，再强化各自的优点。除了法律、党章与政治，我们其实也需要谈仁爱与关心。”

因此，她希望大家都能把个人恩怨与利益放一旁，把国家民族利益放前头，让党继续强大起来。
