对象 ：

单身，年龄25 岁至45岁的马來西亚华裔公民。

参加者条规：

a) 申请者必须是在法律上属於单身人士、并必须据实填妥〖丘比特的天空〗申请表格。

b) 参加者必须填妥申请表格,及附上个人身份证影印本，（离婚或丧偶者需呈上离婚或死亡证书,证明单身宣誓仪式，将于当天进行）。

c) 主办者有权接受或拒绝报名者之申请。

d) 主办者有权在无须预先通知的情况下，对以上条件作出增删。

Objective:

1. To encourage the single, unmarried Chinese men and women get to know others besides having a healthy social activity.

2. To enhance the equality of career and family, “Single is freedom and married is happier”.

Target group:

Single, unmarried Malaysian Chinese ranging from age 25 years old to 45 years old.

Rules and regulations:

a) The eligible applicant should be legally SINGLE. All the eligible applicants must truthfully and sincerely fill in the application form provided.

b) The applicant must complete and sign the [CUPID SPACE] Application Form and Statutory Declaration (declare on the day of event). Enclose with photocopies of IC (front & back). (For divorcee or widow/widower, please attach divorce decree / death certificate).

c) The organizer reserves the absolute rights to accept or reject any application.

d) The organizer has the right to add amend or/and delete the above rules and regulations without any prior notice.
